historical dashboard showing incorrect data

Hello Community,

Below is the requirement - 

I would like to have a historical dashboard that shows every month the number  of Knowledge articles created (trend) per RAA (Risk Acceptance Agreement) 

Example:  

Filter with the Short Description of the Knowledge article and a Filter per category (Risk Acceptance Agreement and related categories

Solution -

I am facing issue with the result in the dashboard - 

I have tried to create stacked chart column catergory wise but the data showing is incorrect.

Schedule Job -

below is the filter condition I have applied in the indicator source -

when I am clicking on any category and then on show records below are the only records I am able to see -

Anyone please suggest what could be the reason and how to resolve this issue?

Hi @Ashwini Sawant2 ,

Dashbaord is a collection of reports and other widgets. First you need to create your reports, once reports are ready. Go to Dashbaord and add those reports in Dashbaord. Try it and let me know the feedback.

To create a historical dashboard in ServiceNow that shows monthly trends of articles created per category, you'll need to leverage Performance Analytics and Reports. First, create a new dashboard. Then, create a report. Finally, add this report as a widget to your dashboard.
