How can AI improve Performance Analytics Dashboard?

I'm curious about ways to use AI or machine learning with Performance Analytics in ServiceNow.

Can we use AI to detect trends, predict issues, or generate insights automatically from PA data?

Any ideas, use cases, or suggestions are welcome!

Platform Analytics already has insights. Performance Analytics already shows trends.

I think you should first think about what you are looking for and then look for a solution to get it (which could be AI, but also something else).

AI can be used for a lot of things, but it should be to support your company/business, not just to use AI.
