i want to make reports on dashboard visible to non itil users also , how can i do this.

Users must have the report_user role to see the reports module on the application navigator (left navigation pane).
User should also have the read access on the table they want to run the report on.
With out the read access to the table the ACLs would restrict the data visibility to the table.

Hi @bhupendrapareek ,
As @Prabu Velayutha mentioned correctly, there are some basic roles that the viewer need to have. Alternative, you need to schedule the report instead and send it by mail.
