Hi @geekynow ,

You need to share reports in the email. As an option, you can share multiple reports within an email, so you don't have to send several mails to same to same user.

Hi @geekynow ,

It depends on the content of the report. For the report itself these roles are defined from ServiceNow perspective:

But remember, the users also need access to the tables. If they do not have that, they can't see any data. So e.g. for incidents, they should also at least have the sn_incident_read role.

In relation to cost for the different roles, this should be taken with your ServiceNow sales representative, as this cannot be answered in this fora.
