Dashboards showing no data available
Hello @Sachithananda 1 ,
This happens due to there no any data that is already collected . You must have to collect data through Indicator source.
Steps:
Application navigator=>Platform analytics=>Indicator Source =>add filter fact table = problem =>open : number of open problems => jobs => there are 2 jobs execute both jobs then data will visible on dashboard .

PRB managers and contributors are not able to set any filters on the same dashboard

Im not pretty sure about this but i tried few steps please check this is working in your pdi or not .
1)First to problem cordinator i given pa roles so , he can access that dashboard . Roles like pa_admin,pa_contributer,pa_viewer.
2)Go indicator table , search as *problem ass, then you got assignment indicator record , simple click on that.
3)Then inside your asisgnment group record , open group record
4)Inside group record ,set security types as allow only and in related list and create new elements security list , create new one
5) create new one and set it as all roles or you can give specific role also there and save it .
Im not pretty sure it will work or not but by performing this steps problem cordinator was able to see that group data and this steps are only for assignment group filter
