Hello @Sachithananda 1 ,
This happens due to there no any data that is already collected . You must have to collect data through Indicator source.
Steps:
Application navigator=>Platform analytics=>Indicator Source =>add filter fact table = problem =>open : number of open problems => jobs => there are 2 jobs execute both jobs then data will visible on dashboard .

PRB managers and contributors are not able to set any filters on the same dashboard
