Interactive filter not working on dashboard

Hi,

  I have created a interactive filter, for Software Owner. In the related lists i have added tables and fields, PFB screenshot of interactive filter i created.

i have created a report for Software entitlements. The owner is referenced on software model. I have made the report to follow interactive filter but still the records are not getting filtered, please help!

Do you have any filters applied on Report configuration related to these fields? I means model.owner ?

Hi @AnveshKumar M ,

    No there are no filters related to owner on the reports and the report is configured on alm_licenses and owner is there on software model table.

@MercBuilding when you are creating interactive refrence filter use .sys_id and make sure in properties of report on dashboard inter interactive filter is applied 

This should work.
