ITSM Pro Change Success Score Dashboard issue

Hi,

Assignment Group interactive filter is not filtering based on the assignment selected in the Change Success Score Dashboard. I would like to be able to edit sn_chg_score.ChangeSuccessScoreUtils script include and override method getDashboardURL to redirect to a custom dashboard so I can customize and fix the interactive filter. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Hi Tanushree,

The OOB Change Success Score dashboard is not editable. So, I have a situation where I cannot update the existing dashboard and whenever I click on the Change Success score decorative next to the assignment group in change request it points to this non editable dashboard. 

1. Either should be able to edit this OOB Change Success Score dashboard. Or

2. point the Success Score Analytics button to custom dashboard which is possible if you  override method getDashboardURL  in script include sn_chg_score.ChangeSuccessScoreUtils. I am unable to edit this script include too. 

So how can one be able to edit script include where user can override methods of sn_chg_score.ChangeSuccessScoreUtilsSNC?
