KPI: Problem Management - Risk Accepted problems with new incidents

I was wondering if anyone has ever created Performance Analytics/Reporting for Problem Management to get the KPI:  Risk Accepted problems with new incidents?

 

If so, how did they achieve this?

Hi,

I did create a line chart report for this that solved this use case. The configurations were something like this:
