The screenshot that you have provided, is just stating that no data has been populated yet. If we look at it from a PA perspective, then click "configuration" in top right cornor:
And click edit on one of the widgets:
Click on "lunch dependency" from related links:
You can now drill down to the data collection job providing data to the attached indicators:
Click edit on one of the jobs:
Now you can see from above example, that the job isn't active, hence no data will be collected:
