Need help in creating a dashboard as per the image given below. Can somebody guide me how to do it from scratch. I also need the details of tables from where these data will be fetched to first create the reports and the to show those reports to the dashboard.

 that you cannot create in ServiceNow. you can create a list view, but not the report that you have shared.
