Need Help with Mean Time to Fulfill a Requested Item Widget – No Data Available

Hi Team

In the Request Management dashboard, two widgets are showing no data:

• Mean time to fulfill a requested item

• Mean time to fulfill a requested item (by category)

I would like to know

1. How can we find or generate the data for these meantime widgets

2. Which indicator source or automated indicator is used for these widgets

3. Is there any specific configuration or condition that needs to be checked

Hi @aparnaravi,

first of all be careful with doxxing your clients (if possible don't share their names or any other data, only anonymised ones).

Secondly, go to that report and check the conditions, copy these conditions and apply them to a list view to see if there are any existing data.

Eventually check the rights if the person from a screenshot can read in that table.

Or where are you not having any records, it is applied on a table, navigate to that table a apply the conditions there.

Or can you share any configuration from one or both these widgets?
