Hi, I want to create a dashboard with Ticket Type filter and it should be dropdown with Incident, Request etc. I am trying to using through the Platform Analytics. Kindly suggest me on below how to achieve this

Create the data source based on task table and create the interactive filter based on task type.

Are you familiar with reporting capabilities and how to configure - This should be straight forward. If you're not familiar with how to do it, I would recommend to take the official training through NowLearning to get the understanding.
