No score for Number of new cases

Hi Everyone, 

When I run the daily/Historical job the automated indicator to collect new cases daily shows zero. 

Conditions:

There is no additional condition for this indicator

Troubleshooting done:

• The indicator source can collect the value 

Are there any other troubleshooting steps I can follow?

When does this job run? If it runs at 4AM and you don't have a 24/7 service, chances are that there aren't created any new cases on 'today'.
