Percentage in formula indicator is showing beyond 100% in Performance Analytics

Hi,

I have created a performance analysis dashboard for getting the percentage of incident respond and resolved within breached time and added widget. The widget contains the formula indicator where i put my required formula as well as the breakdown as an "Assignment Group". But for some of the assignment group the percentage is exceeding 100% which is wrong. I have added the historic scheduled job which ran only once a day. 

Can anyone please suggest on what can be done over here. It would be really helpful. I have attached the Analytic tab Screenshot.

HI,

My formula is correct. and it is working fine and giving correct percentage except for some assignment group.

Check "Collect breakdown matrix " box for all the contributing indicators. 
It will fix that issue.
