Performance analytics metric & threshold

Hello,

We need to configure metric & threshold for sc_task & incident separately. I'm new to this and not sure how to configure it. I need this to be created only for the highlighted ones.

Hi @Anubhav Srivas1 ,

 

you need to create several automated indicators for each. One capturing all created / opened this month, one for 1st backlog etc. based on this, you can create a formula indicator to give the percentage on a daily basis which your looking for.

If you're not familiar with performance analytics, I would recommend you to go through the official training from ServiceNow to obtain the knowledge. To make screenshots of the setup is a more is not a 5 mins task, hence I will not have the time to show and tell.
