Performance Analytics module not appearing in instance even after successful plugin installation

Hi Team,

 

I have installed Performance Analytics - Premium 'com.snc.pa.premium' plugin in my personal development instance successfully. But still the module "Performance Analytics" is not appearing in the instance. 

Please help me understand what is the issue here and how can I make the module available in the instance? Since it is paid plugin, is it not allowed in PDI ?
