We have a requirement to create a SD interaction report, this includes
The number of incidents that Service Desk has worked on, basically the count of incidents that SD touched. This I am able to achieve using the Table Time worked, which captures the Task number, Time worked, User, Created, Created by, User (The person who is updating the ticket) , Updated etc.
Specific requirement is calculate the number of interactions done by all Service Desk Agent on monthly basis, which I am able to achieve using normal reports, Where I am using "Time Worked" as the Table, Type as Spline and under the configure tab, Group by is "User", Trend by is "Updated" and per month.
Filters I provided User names (User is "*****").
I am trying to acheive this using performance analytics,(Since I am must combine few other KPIs in the score card") . I created an inidicator Source, which has the coluumns from "Time Worked" Table and filters are the name of SD agents as users.
I created an Indicator called Task Interactions,
Source Tab:
Indicator Source: The one that I created above
Agregate: Count
Additional Conditions Tab:
Name of the users as SD Agents with Or operator
Added to the daily collection Job and executed the job.
Below are my challenges:
I am not able to add breakdowns Since I need Agent wise count, I need to add User as the breakdown.
Secondly when I add this to the dashboard, It gives the count of incidents across all the months it does not filter.
