Regarding new call- Request type

In new call- when call type is incident and if someone raises a call, it automatically creates incident, and the incident number is populated in a field 'Transferred to'
Is there any way to get the request number populated when the call type is request and once the catalog item is ordered
Or can we get the request attached to 'related links' in new call
