i'd like to create a report about the Unsolved Incidents. including the columns : Number, state, Caller, Caller department
However, the Incident table does not have the Caller Department filed, the Caller Department filed is located in sys_user table,
So, how can i use Incident table and sys_user table as resources to create a report?

Hi @daisydai930 ,
can you try below.
goto reports module click on Create new select incident table and name after that
type as list
in configure click on choose columns
then search caller and click on the caller follow by drill down button as shown below
from that you will get call the caller information then search department and add to selected section
then run the report you can able to see the caller department

Hi @daisydai930 ,
When creating the report, you just need to dot-walk the sys_user record to get the department within the report.
In the configure menu, select "Choose Columns":
Select the caller and click on the icon to the right for dot-walk.
Herefter you will be able to select the department from the sys_user record
