I want to create a report or indicator showing average duration ticket is sitting in certain states. I was able to get to this fairly easily in reporting to start. Although, I always find the need to specify a column annoying. Is there another way to show this result in a pivot table without the additional column?
Also, I'm interesting in building in PA as well. If I build in PA is a script required? I know I will need to use a formula indicator to calculate the (sum of metric durations) / (number of metrics). I'm interested in if there is a better way to do this that I'm missing. Appreciate your help!
