Report showing weekly created and resolved ticket count in dashboard

Hi Everyone,

 

I wanted to create a report showing weekly created and resolved ticket count and wants to reflect the same in the dashboard.

 

Request you to please help me to achieve this requirement.

Hi @dchakrabor12 ,

 

Is it Incidents that you refer to? If yes, this can be obtained very simple in a single report utilizing additional dataset. Just create a times report based on the incident table where duration by created by week. Then you add an additional dataset where it is just resolved by week.
