Reporting : Health dashboard

Hi Team , 

Can you tell me the approach to create the report of below requirement.

Based on CMDB Group we need to show  Overall score . 

*Overall score comes of combination of completeness , compliance and correctness.

 why create a report instead of utilizing the CMDB workspace or some of the reports available OOTB according to the requirement?

actually, customers are doing manually, I mean they are updating data (overall score based on groups.) so they have come back and asked for reporting solution 

i checked OOB but dint find any.
