SLA -report

Hi Team 

our team has tickets which were assigned to multiple assignment group before it got assigned to our team's assignment group. The sla had already breached when it was assigned to our team groups I need a report with details of the SLA time consumed by each assignment group

Need your guidance to achieve this

Is it Present OOB ? what do you mean by Plugin? do we need install any specific  plugin for the same ?

Yes, there is a plugin I would recommend to install called "sla breakdown by assignment".
