Tasks only showing score

Hi,

I'm new to PA and neeed some help please?
I've a new indicator for for number of open tasks (i.e. showing all tasks).
Now I want to create a visualisation of 3 teams and their stats for a 9am meeting. I've created this using formula indicators as these teams are each made up of many teams and I only want to only display team a, b and c. Now I've done this simply via platform workspace and the 3 indicators.
The problem is that for tasks is shows the score and not the actual count. I am probably doing something very basically wrong on the open tasks indicator which is set to count. The jobs are all set up.
(We're in vancouver). Can anyone help please?

Hi @Austen1 ,

In theory, it will be easiest to create an automated indicator that will count tasks under the condition that it belong tom group a,b or c. Afterwards you can create an automated breakdown to breakdown by group a,b or c. For me to help you more deeply, Please share some snips of your configuration and the issue, then I will be happy to assist you.

Hi,

Below is a snip of the visualisation.
We have an assignment group breakdown already but that's for all teams. Are you suggesting I add all the required assignment groups to condition on the indicator as below? The source has conditions on it already (Active is true etc). I'm afraid I am not clear on "you can create an automated breakdown to breakdown by group a,b or c." Could you help more please?

Hi @Austen1 ,

yes, in the automated indictor or the indicator source you should add the condition that assignment group is A or assignment group is b or assignment group is C.

In relation to an automated breakdown, you can go to breakdown source and create as below (Off course change name A,B and C to correct assignment group names:

Afterwards go to automated breakdown and create the breakdown mapping:
