User is unable to see field Value in report

Hello team ,
One of user complaining country and region field value is not able to see ? the report is created by user itself .
How ever when I am looking for that report that value visible to me
it is not visible to user
what could be the reason ? and how to resolved this ?

Have you checked field-level ACLs? May be there is any ACL which is restricting that user from seeing specific field records.

Hi @pramn ,
The user cannot see country/region field values in their report due to report_view field ACLs on those fields, which restrict visibility based on roles despite the report creator seeing data.
Troubleshoot
Impersonate the user and run the report to confirm the issue
Check report_view ACLs: Navigate to sys_security_acl.list → filter Name starts with report_view and Field = country (or region field name)
