whole records are not showing

already checked those doc , even i have change the limit from properties , still it doesn't work for me 

As per the article we have to tweak the condition in the breakdown to display few records

but they want to display all the records

Setup breakdown matrix exclusions to remove unnecessary and large breakdown elements. For example, if you have 100 groups and 500 users, this combination would produce 50000 breakdown elements and system has limitation on maximum elements allowed and will not display breakdown data.

Breakdown Exclusions

Go to Indicator -> Collect breakdown matrix -> Manage breakdowns -> Configure Breakdown Matrix and select breakdown to exclude (it will turn to grey)

You can validate the breakdown exclusion for the combination excluded from breakdown elements,

Strongly advise you to not change this maximum breakdown limit as it will have performance impacts. Explain your team on the potential impacts and limitations of the system and explore alternate options. 

Below are the system properties that define maximum number of breakdown elements in score card and data collection
