why the report present in dashboard is not editable

Hi All,
We have one dashboard with report but We are not able to understand how the reports were created .It is a list type reports created as a list view with filter condition and personalize list icon.
I am not able to edit this report and also tried to search the report in "sys_report" table but it is not present ,I want to change the default columns of the report to make the columns as same for all user viewing this report.
Is there any way to change the default columns of the report
Anyone can help on this

Hi @Community Alums ,
You need to navigate to Reports > View/Run and search for reports present in the Dashboard. Then you can edit those reports there and changes will be highlighted in the Dashboard.
Also,
You need to have Edit permission on the dashboard. If you do have edit permissions, click on the Configuration button (highlighted below) to see the "Pencil" option.

Hi @Community Alums,
Do you have the propper access in your ServiceNow instance? It seems from your post (since you do not have edit permissions), that you need to reach out to your admin team/report admin team to make the changes happen.

Hi @AndersBGS I am having all access related to dashboard and report. I thing the report present in the dashboard is like a view not a actual report .That's why I am not able to edit that. I am not sure how we can create or edit this kind of reports

Hi @Community Alums ,
Do you have below option on you dashboard in top right corner:
whereafter you can edit the single reports on your dashboard:
Alternative, if you do not have above access - can you post the URL from you instance (without company name e.g. service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/ etc.)?
Please also explain how you are accessing the list view.
