Changes to Performance Analytics Documentation for Paris

Several documentation changes have been made besides the documenting of new and changed features:

• Out-of-the-box [Application name] Performance Analytics Solutions are renamed [Application name] Analytics and Reporting Solutions. This change is so we can start to include purely Reporting dashboards. We also think it sounds a bit nicer.
• We have strengthened the Analytics and Reporting Solutions documentation with the following new sections:
• • A list of new and changed Solutions across all products.
  • General instructions for configuring Analytics and Reporting Solutions after you have activated them.
  • General instructions for collecting indicator scores after you activate and configure an Analytics and Reporting Solution.
• We have consolidated and flattened the table of contents for Performance Analytics documentation in the hope that it will be easier to navigate. Following the organization of trainings, the documentation on using PA is now divided between Fundamentals and Advanced Topics. Everything about indicators, breakdowns, and visualizations is in Fundamentals, and Data Collection and more esoteric topics are under Advanced.
• The Understanding Performance Analytics section stresses the need to plan what you need before trying to implement PA. This approach compliments our new KPI Composer application.
• We tried to remove out-of-date topics so they wouldn't be a distraction.
• Spotlight is now documented as its own application instead of as part of PA.
