ServiceNow's Reporting feature might always amaze you with new possibilities.
One of another amazing feature is Map Reports. You can show a World map on a Report and then display Incidents or CIs related to the specific countries. Further, drill-downs are configured automatically w.r.t state, cities. At the end, it drills down to the list view.
In this video, we will see how can use OOB Map Sources in a Report. As well as, we will see how to create a Map Source from the scratch.
