Hello Community!
One thing I love about the ServiceNow Community is the sharing of knowledge and content. However I noticed there is not a lot of pre-packaged content available on Share. Not until now that is!
Over the last 2 months, my company has released 3 different Share apps focused entirely on Reporting and Performance Analytics. You can find all the content here:
PerformanceAnalytics.life content on SN Share
Here is a summary of each app:
This dashboard shows the source of Incidents - by Caller, Company, Location, VIP, Category and other key details. This is one of my favorite things to deploy for client's as it leads to many insights and questions. When deployed to your system, it will create a simple dashboard using Reports.
Have you ever struggled with the report search feature in ServiceNow? You are not alone, it is a common complaint. This app creates a dashboard of Reports - showing you reports. There are a series of tabs by common file types and you may easily filter the list and find the reports you need.
This one is for client's that already own Performance Analytics, but are struggling with the limited SLA capabilities. The Incident SLA content pack available from ServiceNow only shows information on Incidents. This content pack pulls from the task_sla table and so will show you SLAs against any ticket type. It includes PA content such as Indicators, Widgets, Breakdowns, Indicator Sources and Jobs that pull from the task_sla table.
You can find summaries of all the content packs on the PerformanceAnalytics.life Youtube channel:

All this content is available 100% free and provides instant value - both to your clients and to save you time and effort. Please check them out and let me know what you think in the comments. Even better, post your ideas for a Content Pack, Dashboard or feature you would love to see and maybe that will be our next app.
Regards,
Chris
