Distilling some of the content from Adam Stout into... Basic Principles (A La Hitch...)

• Basic Principles - for the person that can’t see the dashboard.. 
• 1st: Check that it’s shared
• 2nd: If report underneath - check to see if that’s shared
• 3rd: Check whether it’s PA or Report
• 4th: if it’s a report, check ACL associated (and remember there are 2 report list and report View)
• Always: Impersonate to test
