Hello and Welcome Everyone!
I love ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Micah Russell here, one of your hosts and trainer for our session. I have been a trainer here at ServiceNow for over 6 years.  Previously to working here I managed a servicedesk and managed the system my group and many other groups used for managing work. All types of work, in ServiceNow they would be called REQ,INC,PRB,CHNG, and WO (that last one is Work Order from Field Service Management). Back in those days we were using Crystal Reports (groan). So I have been in the metric/stats game for some time and I love ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
