Knowledge 2020 related Now Intelligence courses available for free!

Now Intelligence has a lot of courses *freely* available from K20.

The courses come with a presentation video and instruction videos for the labs. An instance will be provided to go through the exercises. Its pretty awesome to be honest!

All you have to do is a) get yourself to the Now Learning website and en-roll. Ok, you have to sign in first and for that you need to have a ServiceNow ID, but you can create that for free as well.

Each lab takes about 90 - 120 mins so free up some time on your calendar and increase your skills and experience without spending a dime.

Products covered for Now Intelligence include Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Reporting, Dashboards, Natural Language Understanding and Virtual Agent.
