Ho Tom,
Do we need to activate any plugin to get the new KPIs?
I don't see them in my instance, after upgrading to Kingston.
Thanks.

Hi Krishna — the specific plugins and content packs you'll be able to activate are based on how Performance Analytics was purchased. You can find the activation process and list of content packs by entitlement documented here: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_article&sys_id=9f1c2e21dbd0dbc01dcaf3231f961...

It is nice to have all the KPIs in one spot, thx Tom. Is there an at-a-glance doc of the new KPIs introduced in NY beyond all the ones sorted individually on NY Docs?

You can export that section to PDF if you want to scan them all in one place.

The PDF attached to the main post will list out everything available in New York, and there's a column that indicates when a particular KPI was added. So if you search for the ones that say New York in the right-hand column you'll see the new ones.

I highly recommend you leverage Content Pack documentation that lists the dashboards, reports, indicators, personas, and use cases that are covered as this provides much more context, but if you need just the list of indicators, that is still available.
A list of just indicators is available in the documentation: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-performance-analytics-and-reporting/page/use/dashboards/c...
If you need a PDF, any content can be exported to a PDF from the docs site.

@angelerie, you may locate the DC documentation by using the URL provided by @Shailesh15.
Then, change the Release Version to DC.
