Hello Experts,
We have often saw that, The Basics information in info panel of report designer is broken when there is empty value in Pre-Rome Versions.
When the user in the created_by field is not in the instance, the Basics information is shown distorted.
The basic "Created by", "Last modified", and "Scheduled" rows are distorted and not shown properly.
However, now With Rome Upgrade, you don't see this issue anymore:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to report homepage (Reports - View / Run).
2. Open any out-of-the-box report such as "Active Change Requests".
3. Click the "Report info" icon in the banner toolbar.
