20 Year Customer, User, Developer Here | Australia/Newer Report Builder Sucks!

• Difficult
• Tools are all over the place
• Poorly organized
• Mixed font and size
• Odd coloring
• Right eyed focus
• Wasted space
• 80% of the customers have always used 20% of the tool.  Now we're being forced by the 20% into dialogs and multiple pages to execute the simplest tasks.
• It's just change for change's sake.  It's not more powerful or efficient.

My background is professional video and photography.  The defining difference between professional equipment versus consumer is control (not image quality or capability).  Professional cameras have direct buttons for defined, quick access, and execution.  Consumer equipment had the same features buried behind a menu system. 

Which is easier to use?  The professional equipment!!!
