30/60/90 Days Aged Ticket Report?

Hey all,
I have searched the KB and really can't find something specific or conclusive to my needs. I work for a small non-profit org, and I am not good with scripting.
My Director is requesting to have an aged ticket report created for him. I really want to do this inside ServiceNow. If not, I will have to just do it manually in Excel. That would be not desirable, nor efficient.
These are the requirements:
- Have 4 columns on the x-axis for all open tickets: 0-30 days open, 31-60 days open, 61-90 days open, 91+ days open.
- Have them for only one assignment group.
Is there any way to do this with what is built in to ServiceNow? I have spent hours on forums but I hit a brick wall. Or do I need to hire a programmer to help me out?

If you have the opportunity, take some of the reporting labs available at K20DE. We cover this type of thing. We have more live labs today and tomorrow and then they will be on-demand in the coming weeks in Now Learning.
