Hey everyone,
I need a report thats gets the licenses about to expire and show them in a bar graph with the ranges of next 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. I need it to be cummulative as the image bellow, for example.
I tried report range in "Reports -> Report Range", but it doesn't work as I want. I tried see Performance Analytics, but again, I didn't get the results as expected. Can someone give me a hand?
Thank you in advance,
Isabela

Hi Isabella,
Unfortunately:
"It is not possible to set report ranges for dates in the future."
https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/sandiego-now-intelligence/page/use/reporting/concept/c_ReportRanges.html
Regards.

Thanks
Do you know if it's possible to do it as the example with Performance Analytics? I've search about it, but I still don't know if I can get the results that I want.

Hi JP,
Could the above mentioned requirement can be done for past dates to find the count of ageing incidents. Like to give that ranges like 0-30 days,30-60 days in PA report in column type.

Hi @Nasreen2, This could be achieved using the buckets to categorise the date range, then capture this in a breakdown which is applied to the corresponding indicator.
thanks
