Request: I want to create a Data Visualization showing two Valid to Dates for a group of recently updated knowledge articles. The first Valid to Date is the original when the current published version expires. The second Valid to Date is the newly updated date showing when the article Will expire.
These articles go through an approval process, which depends on managers' availability. Being able to prioritize which articles are expiring first will help them devote time to these approvals.
What I'd like to have is a report that shows the last published version's expiration date, not the new one.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this?
