About changing the display style of dates displayed on dashboards

If I want to display the Performance Analytics widget on a dashboard, is there a feature to change the display of dates displayed on the dashboard?

I want to change the display to MM.DD instead of DD.MM.

as far as I know there is no Way to change the displayed dates.
