About the visibility of everyone on the dashboard

Hi,

I want to publish the dashboard to all users. (with ServiceNow accounts)

There are a total of 3,000 users.

Is the only way to manually grant roles to 3000 people or register 3000 users with your users?

Hi,

Yes using public role the dashboards can be shared to everyone. 

This will help:

Go to Dashboard administration

* Visible to = everyone

* Domain = global

* Visible by all roles = TRUE

However, users do not have a basic possession of other roles, such as public roles.
