Access to report widgets

I have a Dashboard that was shared with a group where Abraham Lincoln is a member. Why he has no access to read Widgets?

Hi @Nataliia_Lova ,

The 1st two reports in the snip are not shared by the user hence he is not able to see the data.

In order to resolve above. Open those 2 reports, u will see a share button on top right corner. Share it with the user from there.

Once shared navigate back to dashboard n refresh once n check the data should be visible.

For the 3rd report there is a report_view  ACL created Which is causing the issue. Navigate to the acls of the table from where the data is showcased in 3rd report. Check which role is provided in that ACL. U need to provide that role to that user in order for him to see the data.

Hi @Nataliia_Lova ,

By any chance is this table extending task table could you please check n confirm. If yes then please check the report view on its extended table. Mostly it should be task table only.
