Access to report widgets

I have a Dashboard that was shared with a group where Abraham Lincoln is a member. Why he has no access to read Widgets?

I am in the Global Scope with an elevated role and still don't have access to modify.

So have u impersonated with security admin role. Possible to share snip of elevate role?

For testing purpose u can provide the role ITIL n check the users will be able to see the values on dashboard but ITIL role will grant them some additional access if they already don't have it which might cause an issue. Hence not recommending to provide ITIL role.

Should I create a new AC with report_review for my finance table?

No you can create a new report view ACL for task table with the relevant role
