I have a Dashboard that was shared with a group where Abraham Lincoln is a member. Why he has no access to read Widgets?

Yes it will work but there is a risk u might be granting additional access to users which did not have ITIL role.
Hence was suggesting not to provide one. Bit if all the group members already has then u can go ahead n provide it.
Thanks,
Danish

Seems weird.
From top try to change the application scope to global which u can find beside your profile. N then try refreshing the existing ACL n check if it allows u to edit.
Thanks,
Danish

There are two records of report_view in the task table, there was no reason why my choice was the second record. When I tried to modify the first record everything is up-and-running.
Thank you for your patience and help💖
