Access to report widgets

I have a Dashboard that was shared with a group where Abraham Lincoln is a member. Why he has no access to read Widgets?

Users doesn't have access to reports though they have access to the Dashboard.

Go to report and update here:

and also for the 3rd Report: Request Per cattegory and Sub category : chech the ACLs (ACL type: report_view) on the RITM tabe and adjust accordingly.

It's not convenient to share reports per person. I thought when I shared with the group, the members of this group could also read. Thank you for clarifying.
