After Platform updating to Australia new UI action in UAT

After the platform updtaion to Australia Version , I'm seeing new UI action button for service outage in change request .

As Refresh affected service offerings ,  Could you please let me what is the use of that ?

Or can we make it inactive , What will be precautions if we do ?

You can hide it, but I would recommend keeping it.

In case any relationship is added to the CI in the future, this UI Action will help add the related items automatically.

So, it's better to keep it available unless there is a strong business reason to remove or hide it.
