Allow ITIL users to share reports to other ITIL users

My company wants to be able to allow all ITIL users to share out reports to other ITIL users. I know that we can give the report_global role, but the issue is we do not want those people to edit other globally shared reports. Additionally, most users do not know what roles to share out to.

I am trying to make a new ACL that allows the ability to share to either Everyone or others with ITIL. What is the best way to go about scripting that?

Any help would be appreciated!

That's still not what I want. I just want ITIL users to see the "visible to everyone" option.

Hi Christine, 

In addition to above, report_publisher will allow them to publish globally so everyone can view it.

That role does not give them access to share a report to everyone.
