am trying to generate a report

Hi

I am trying to generate a report with this requirement -

Generate a list of KB articles which are outdated and not in published state.

I have tried with direct filter and it is not working.

I have tried using the Script Include and logic is working with background script, but unable to add that script include return logic inside the filters, report source or dynamic filter options. 

If anyone has information, please send me the details..

Hi @R_52 ,

I suggest you to use platform analytics data visulization to create report for this.

What filter you applied and which table ?

I think for outdate retired is not empty would work and not published state check it is also a date column, check in your servicenow instance and how many are not published and what is published field value, then you can apply the filter.

 what is not working when trying to create a normal report? Can you be more specific?
