Keywords Search Filter

Is there a way to create a cutom filter that would allow to search the reports using keywords? Similar to a global search option but instead it would be used at the dahsboard level.

No. Keyword search is configured separately to search all kinds of tables, based on the config settings. Dashboard filter help in filtering the reports that are already set on certain conditions. You can't search on keywords within a dashboard (yet).
